Pyle a/k/a Derek Pyle, Yolanda Pyle, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the May 30, 2023 the following described property as set
forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
