Notice of Budget Workshop of the
Union Park East Community Development District
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Union Park East Community Development District (the “District”) will hold a budget workshop on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at its clubhouse located at 1549 Bering Rd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.
The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. Please check the District's website for the latest information: https://www.unionparkeastcdd.org/. A copy of the agenda for the workshop will be available 7 days in advance of the workshop on the District's website.
If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
