NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and the Order Amending Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above noted case that the following property will be sold in Sarasota County, Florida by the Sarasota County Clerk, described as:
Lot 4, Serona Lakes, in Plat Book 40, Page 31, 31A through 31F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of June, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
