ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are
not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants,

TO: THE ESTATE OF JAMES R. WRIGHT A/K/A JAMES ROBERT WRIGHT, SR. and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES AND CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES R. WRIGHT A/K/A JAMES ROBERT WRIGHT, SR., whose last known address is: 2615 Pankaw Lane, Valrico, Florida 33596, and whose current residence is unknown; and any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, BUCKHORN PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Hillsborough County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, and described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 11, BUCKHORN PRESERVE- PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
This action is titled Buckhorn Preserve Homeowners' Association, Inc. v. The Estate of James R. Wright a/k/a James Robert Wright, Sr., et al., Case Number 2023-CC-022265. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Junior Ambeau, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
