NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 28, 2022 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-022996 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and CHERYL KEYES, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of June, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT BEGINNING 264 FEET SOUTH OF NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, AND RUN THENCE WEST 168.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 96.3 FEET THENCE EAST 168.5 FEET AND RUN THENCE NORTH 96.27 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LESS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
