NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 05, 2023, and entered in 52-2022-CA-000191 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANTONIA M. REARDON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MEADOWLAWN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 07, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
