NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 08, 2023 in Civil Case No. 53-2021-CA-002310 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein PENTAGON FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and Edith Davis a/k/a Edith Eli Davis a/k/a Edith Eli Sommers, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 1/2 of the East 1 Acre of South 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 29 South, Range 23 East, Polk County, Florida, LESS road right of way, and LESS begin at the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33 at a point 94.72 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; run thence West 132.65; run thence North 71.50 feet; run thence East 132.65 feet; run thence South 71.50 feet to the Point of Beginning, and LESS road right of way on the North and East sides thereof.
