NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2019CA004397000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-RPI, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RPI, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER D. COLEMAN A/K/A C. COLEMAN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of June, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 24, Kings Pond Phase One, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 87, Pages 44 and 45, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
