NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of May, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2022-CC-001696, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JANET A. HOLMES, JAMES H. HOLMES, if living and if dead; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, are the Defendants, and CRANBROOK COLONY, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15TH day of June, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. E-203, CRANBROOK COLONY II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1489, Pages 1513 through 1612, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to use Parking Garage No. E-203, and Parking Space No. 54.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
