NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Defendant's Motion to Vacate Final Judgment dated the 12th ay of May 2023 and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 003759 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2019- GS7 is the Plaintiff and LUIS F. SEVILLA A/K/A LUIS SEVILLA CLERK OF COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE GLORIA SEVILLA UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of June 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
