NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 4th of May, 2023, in Civil Action 22-CA-4177 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which TOWN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and CARL ADDISON, JR. and DARBY ADDISON are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00am., on the 8th day of June, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 50, Block 4, Town Lakes Phase 4, according to the plat as recorded in Instrument Number 2006000188803 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
