NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-006881 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and JESENIA GLISSETTE OLIVENCIA A/K/A JESENIA G. SALMOND A/K/A JESENIA SALMOND; MATTHEW RYAN SALMOND A/K/A MATTHEW R. SALMOND A/K/A MATTHEW SALMOND; U.S. QUALITY HOMES, LLC; FAMILY HOMES OF AMERICA LLC; PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK B, PEPPERMILL III AT PROVIDENCE LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 28-1 THROUGH INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1119 Tuxford Drive, Brandon, Florida 33511
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
