The action is asking the Court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: ANY AND ALL REAL AND PERSONAL MARITAL PROPERTY AND MARITAL DEBTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN DIVIDED.
