NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 522019CA001485XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and John P. St. Hilaire a/k/a John St. Hilaire a/k/a John P. St.Hilaire; Julie Frase; The City of Dunedin, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, THE BREEZY ACRES PARK, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
