NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 20-000545-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Mary A. Carey a/k/a Mary A. Enoch a/k/a Mary Carey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 13, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 80 FEET OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 6, ST. PETERSBURG INVESTMENT CO. SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
