NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 23-000465-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2021-JR1 TRUST, Plaintiff, and PEARLINE FIELDS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A TYRONE FIELDS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, THE VILLAGE OF SOMERSET WOODS, PHASE TWO, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGES 36 THROUGH 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
