Belleair Auto Care Inc gives notice & intent to sell for non-payment of labor, service & storage fees the following vehicle on 6/5/2023 at 8:30 AM at 795 Indian Rocks Rd N, Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770. Parties Claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.585 FL Statutes. These vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien.
