NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 17th day of November A.D., 2022, in the cause wherein, CACH, LLC, was plaintiff(s) and David Grossman, was defendant(s), being Case No 07-1221-CO-42 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and one-half undivided interest of the above named defendant(s), David Grossman, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
