NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated April 25, 2023, and entered in Case Number: 2022-CA-001190, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE RETREAT AT LEGACY PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ALEXIS J. SOTO, individually; MARILYN SOTO, individually; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 26th day of June, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
