(hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and IVAN CANO; CINTHIA CANO; PARK LAKE ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants.
