NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of May 2023, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-012429-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein VILLAGE CAPITAL & INVESTMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO RAMOS A/K/A FERNANDO JAVIER RAMOS VAZQUEZ A/K/A FERNANDO J. RAMOS THE ISLANDS OF VALENCIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AWILDA COLON; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of June 2023 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20A, THE ISLANDS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
