NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 19, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-011431-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and PATRICIA LYNN KEMP; ROSEMONT GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; RG CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 29, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
