NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2023, and entered in Case No. 48-2022-CA-010183-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Gloria B. Wilkes a/k/a Gloria Wilkes, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Bank of America, NA, Aqua Finance, Inc., Hibiscus Woods, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the June 13, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. B-7, OF HIBISCUS WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2691, AT PAGE 1525, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
