NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 9, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2019CA005680, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE AMD ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALFRED J. ROBICHAUD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COUNTRY VILLAGE OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JAMES A. ROBICHAUD; THOMAS J. ROBICHAUD; KATHLEEN A. BARNARD; MARY ELLEN WESSELL; MARGARET M. MINER are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 5, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2213, COUNTRY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 9, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD B00K 1154, PAGE 3660, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 66 THROUGH 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
