NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action on May 15, 2023, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on June 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 10, ALTAMIRA HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 90, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; Less and Except that portion thereof conveyed to the City of Tampa by virtue of Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 2984, Page 1230, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
