NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 06, 2023, and entered in 22-CA-007389 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2020-3 is the Plaintiff and GERALD A. NAGER A/K/A GERALD NAGER; BETTY ANN NAGER A/K/A BETTY NAGER A/K/A BETTY A. NAGER are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 20, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
