NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of May 2023, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-008986, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT CATO JR KINGSWAY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. CHERYL CATO ROBERT CATO II UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO CATO, II UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
