YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium lien on real property in Pinellas County, Florida, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR & GRAHAM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is 5200 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 46, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. TWO, a condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 3071, Page 647, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 1 through 8, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
