NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment entered in Civil Case No. 21-001208-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SHAH ST. PETERSBURG HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff and LEVEL 13 ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; Tenant #1 n/k/a JEREMY SMITH; Tenant #2 n/k/a JAMIE ROBERTS; and PINELLAS COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT, are Defendants, I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 15, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 and 9, Wilson's Replat, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 35, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
