NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2023 and May 19, 2023 order resetting the foreclosure sale in CASE NO. 2022-001279-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as Plaintiff, United Equities NY, LLC, a New York Limited Liability Company, and Defendants 7301 US Realty Holdings, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, and Unknown Tenant that:
The Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2023 at: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM. the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, LESS Road Right-of-Way and Lot 52, Block 6, Homeland Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Appraiser's Tax I.D. No. 27-30-16-40914-006-0220.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
