NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2022-CA-002927 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Francisco Santiago aka Francisco Grevi Santiago, Jr., deceased, Debra Hallman a/k/a Debra Santiago, Francisco Santiago III, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 14, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK 35, KENNETH CITY UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
