NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2023, and entered in 22-005747-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARY B. LEFAVE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE COMMISSIONER OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CYPRESS GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 22, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
