NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 22, 2023 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of June, 2023 the following described real property:
UNIT NO. 84, of SANSEAIR, a condominium, and Cabana #C-8, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in condominium Plat Book 19, pages 110 through 121, inclusive, and as further described in that certain declaration of condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 42313, Pages 1025 through 1129, and as amended in O.R. Book 4389, Page 198, O.R. Book 5091, Page 796 and in O.R. Book 5326, Page 1915, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
