CITY OF DUNEDIN Pre-Qualification Statement and Questionnaire for the Construction of Improvements to the Dunedin Country Club Golf Course RFQ 23-1236
The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept pre-qualification statements from contractors desiring to become pre-qualified to bid on the construction of improvements to the Dunedin Golf Club Course (the “DGC”). Pre-qualified contractors will be the only contractors permitted to bid on the construction of the improvements. The DGC is a Donald Ross designed 18-hole championship golf course that opened in 1927. The DGC served as the home of the PGA of America between 1945 and 1962. The City intends to restore the DGC course located at 1050 Palm Boulevard Dunedin, FL 34698. The restoration shall be compliant with all State, County, City and all other code/legal requirements. This project is partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Qualification responses are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any packets received after that date and time will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
