NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 17, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2022CA001200000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CMALT REMIC 2006-A7 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. SERIES 2006-A7 is Plaintiff and AARON CHANDLER a/k/a A. Chandler, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of November, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 14-B (R), THE BLUFFS OF CHRISTINA V, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1704, PAGE 1714, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 64 THROUGH 66, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
