NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2023-CC-782 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for
Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of November, 2023, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, First Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit week No. 47 in Condominium Parcel 14, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 000959 at Page 001957 thru 002017, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
