NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to October Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on August 30, 2023 and the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 20, 2023, in Case No. 2022-CA-001354 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE, INC, is Plaintiff, and TYLER A. UZCATEGUI AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOMESPIRE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 203, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of December, 2023, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 19, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 83, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
