NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated June 15, 2023 and recorded June 28, 2023, as Instrument Number 202341069084, in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at THE PENTHOUSES AT GULF STREAM RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 9th day of NOVEMBER, 2023, at 11:15 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
