NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated June 26, 2023 and recorded July 17, 2023, in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida as Instrument Number 202341076151, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at GULF STREAM BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 9th day of NOVEMBER, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
