NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RSS UBSCM2018-C14-FL BMG, LLC (“Lender”) has sought the approval of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division (“Bankruptcy Court”) for the sale of the hotel owned by the debtor, Bass Management Group, LLC (“Debtor”), operating as a Holiday Inn Express & Suites located at 2580 Gulf to Bay Boulevard in Clearwater, Florida and all of the Debtor's personal property situated thereon and/or used in connection with the operation of the hotel (collectively, the “Assets”).

On September 29, 2023, Lender filed with the Bankruptcy Court a motion (the “Sale Motion”), seeking among other things, the authority of the Bankruptcy Court for the Debtor to sell the Assets. The Sale Motion is on file with the Bankruptcy Court at docket entry no. 123. The Bankruptcy Court has approved certain bidding procedures in connection with the Sale (the “Bidding Procedures”), as well as a form of purchase and sale agreement (“Agreement”). Further information concerning the Assets is available upon request in compliance with the Bidding Procedures.

Prospective purchasers and other interested parties should review the Sale Motion, Bidding Procedures, form of Agreement for the purchase and sale of the Assets and other relevant documents on file with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and available upon written request to Kyle Stevenson, Managing Director, Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, LLC, 1111 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1650, Miami, FL 33131, [email protected] (“Broker”). Any party wishing to submit a competing bid to acquire the Assets should contact Broker and carefully review the Bidding Procedures which set for the requirements to submit a qualified bid for the purchase of the Assets (a “Qualified Bid”).

In the event that one or more Qualified Bids is received, an auction (the “Auction”) of the Assets will be held in Tampa, Florida at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on December 6, 2023 at the Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, 4860 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33609. Lender will have the right to credit bid up to the full amount of the indebtedness owed by the Debtor at the Auction. The Bankruptcy Court will conduct a hearing to consider approval of the Sale Motion, the results of the Auction, if any, and to consider any timely-filed objections thereto, at the Bankruptcy Court, on December 8, 2023 at 2:00 P.M.
