ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS OWNING, HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR LIEN ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS:
1) UID #36394294 (Exchange Account) containing multiple cryptocurrency tokens valuing approximately $21,525.593324 in U.S. Currency.
2) UID #94871758 (Exchange Account, containing Multiple cryptocurrency tokens valuing Approximately $152,081.0823242 in U.S. Currency.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs, has filed a petition for the forfeiture as to the above-described property. The property was seized on or about October 26, 2022, pursuant to Florida Statutes § 932.701 to § 932.704 and is now in the possession of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on behalf of the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs. A Forfeiture complaint was filed with the Clerk of Court on October 25, 2023. Any person wishing to contest this claim must file a responsive pleading with the Clerk of the Court, on or before November 23, 2023, and send a copy to the undersigned attorney. Any interested party is hereby directed and required to file a claim on or before 20 days from date of publication, November 23, 2023, and to direct said claim to: Blain Goff, Esq. Senior Assistant Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General, Florida Bar No.: 109467, Attorney for the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs, whose address is Office of the Attorney General, 3507 E. Frontage Road, Suite 150, Tampa, Florida 33607. If any interested party fails to file a claim as herein directed judgment will be entered herein against you in due course. Persons not personally served with process may obtain a copy of the Complaint for forfeiture filed herein from the undersigned clerk of court. If no claimants appear the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs will be seeking a final order of forfeiture.
