BEGIN AT A POINT WHICH IS 2286.11 FEET SOUTH AND 3830.28 FEET WEST FROM THE NE CORNER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 6, 270.38 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SHORES OF THE MYAKKA RIVER; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY, MEANDERING SAID SHORES 168 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF A PROPOSED 60 FOOT CANAL; THENCE EAST, ALONG SAID CANAL RIGHT OF WAY AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 6, 278 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT NORTH AND 166.74 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 166.74 FEET TO THE P.O.B. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, A/K/A 970 BRENTWOOD DRIVE, VENICE, FL 34292-1804.
TOGETHER WILTH A 30.00 FEET WIDE INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST 30.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL.
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST; THENCE WEST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 6, 2576.06 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 8 DEGREES 25' 30” WEST, 2520.05 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 6, 885 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 235 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE EASTERLY SHORE LINE OF THE MYAKKA RIVER; THENCE MEANDERING SAID SHORE LINE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION, 209.6 FEET MORE OR LESS; THENCE EAST 270.38 FEET MORE OR LESS; THENCE SOUTH 206.74 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
