NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-010520 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which 1 SHARPE INCOME ADVANTAGE TRUST NP, is the Plaintiff and IKIGAI GOLD GROUP, LLC; JEFFERSON CARLOS FARES PARRA; CESAR VICENTE FARES GUTAMA are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 27th day of November, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, W.C. BLACK'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
