NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 19, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-002882, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-7 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FERJUSTE VICTOR; ADELINE EXAMA; PAULENA JOSEPH; GOODLEAP, LLC FKA LOANPAL, LLC; MV REALTY PBC, LLC., are defendants. Kevin Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29TH day of NOVEMBER, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 69, UNIT 8, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
