A tract in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: From the Southeast corner of the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 8, run S 89°48.86' E, a distance of 75.23 feet, run thence N 0°23.25'E, a distance of 240.0 feet to a point of beginning, continue thence N 0°23.25' E, a distance of 60.0 feet, run thence N 89°48.86' W, a distance of 121.44 feet, run thence S 2°33.3' W, a distance of 60.04 feet, run thence S 89°48.86' E, a distance of 123.70 feet to the point of beginning.
