NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated July 12, 2023, and was recorded July 24, 2023, in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2023000249577, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the SUMMERLIN Executive Suites, 15050 Elderberry Lane, Suite 6-13, Fort Myers, FL 33907 on the 10th day of NOVEMBER, 2023, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
