Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 12th day of September, 2023, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed the 27th day of October, 2023, and entered in case No. 23-CC-3312 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNSET POINTE AT FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and NEALY DEBOW and THE UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on NOVEMBER 30, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit B, Building12642, in SUNSET POINTE AT FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005000130418, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
