NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment to Quiet Title and for Declaratory Relief dated October 3, 2023, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-005115-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Patricia Rensberger is the Cross-Plaintiff and Equity Trust Company as Custodian FBO Account #200387521 IRA is the Cross-Defendant, the Pinellas Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 14th day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment to Quiet Title and for Declaratory Relief:
LOT 4, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK A, ROCHESTER HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
