NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2023, and entered in the above styled cause, wherein NORMAN HARRIS SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and U
SPORTS LEAGUE, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company, is the Defendant, Stacy M. Butterfield, as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with statutes governing judicial sales, set forth in Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on December 27, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 69, Chelsea Woods at Providence, according to plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 132, Page(s) 3 through 7, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
