NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2023-CC-001846-CCAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT SENIOR/SUBORDINATE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE TRUST 2000-5, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DAVID F. GIBSON AKA DAVID FRANCIS GIBSON, DECEASED, et al.,

THENCE NORTH 89° 39' 17” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 161.18 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE NORTH 0° 11' 30” EAST, 130.29 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°40' 07” EAST, 161.17 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH 0° 10' 58” WEST, 130.25 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH 89° 39' 17” WEST, 161.19 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THE WESTERLY 25.0 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED AS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND FOR DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITIES PURPOSES.
